Prices
- All prices in this catalogue do not include tax.
- Appropriate taxes will be added to orders.
- We make every attempt to offer the products in this catalogue at the prices listed. However, prices are subject to change, primarily due to manufacturer price increases and currency fluctuations.
- All orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Undetected pricing errors may also be corrected as needed.
- Orders may be accompanied by VISA, Mastercard or a company cheque.
Freight Policy
Free shipping does not apply to Furniture and other oversized items. For these items, you will be provided with a shipping quote prior to your order being finalized and payment being processed.
Ontario Only
Delivery will be free to locations in Ontario for orders over $300.00 (before taxes), except Furniture and other oversized items. A $25.00 minimum freight charge will apply on orders under $300. Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Items that are not in stock may take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Exceptions do apply to remote areas.
Products displaying the Truck icon are subject to extended delivery and increased freight charges.
Outside Ontario
Delivery will be ten per cent of the value of the order, for orders over $500.00 (before taxes), except Furniture and other oversized items. A $30.00 minimum freight charge will apply on orders under $500. Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Items that are not in stock may take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Exceptions do apply to remote areas.
Remote Areas / U.S.
Delivery will be a minimum of 25 per cent of the value of the order. In instances where the remote delivery charge does not adequately cover shipping costs, customers will be informed, and surcharges may apply.
Returns
We guarantee the quality of our products for at least one year, under the conditions of normal use. We will be glad to replace or exchange for credit any products that do not perform to your satisfaction. A restocking fee of 20% may be applied for items ordered in error. Any shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
